Achievement Friday – 24 May 2013
- Lost 2kgs thanks to a renewed lust for getting to my goal weight.
- Started working towards making working-from-home my usual practice for an hour or so every evening. Managed most nights this week.
- Signed up for a free online permaculture course.
- Went to a barn dance and smiled a lot even though people scare me.
- Worked through feeling tired and panicky when faced with too much to do and nerves about my upcoming exam next week. Found some peace and remained gentle with myself while continuing to keep taking steps forward, rather than stopping.
